Job description 工作內(nèi)容:

- To work closely with sales and customers to have sales orders processed timely and correctly.

- To execute Solenis’s customer service standards, order processing procedure, and support the implementation of SAP. 執(zhí)行索理思客戶服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和客戶訂單處理流程，支持SAP實(shí)施。
- Handling import and export orders, as shipment arrangement, customs clearance and delivery, to make sure delivery on time in full. 處理進(jìn)出口訂單，如發(fā)貨安排，清關(guān)和交付，以確保按時(shí)交貨。
- Communicate well with sales team, plant, logistics and finance team, work closely with them to solve disputes if necessary. 與銷(xiāo)售/工廠/物流/倉(cāng)庫(kù)保持良好的溝通, 如有需要, 協(xié)助他們一起解決其間爭(zhēng)議。

- To evaluate and improve customer service performance. 評(píng)估和提高客戶服務(wù)績(jī)效.
- Strictly comply with the trade compliance and procedure to drive for min. and to eliminate the trade compliance risk. 嚴(yán)格遵守貿(mào)易合規(guī)和程序，以消除貿(mào)易合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
- Familiar with the exportation regulation and related standards and keeps the other departments’ staff informed and updated about them. 熟悉了解出口法則法規(guī)，并及時(shí)的告知各個(gè)相關(guān)部門(mén)最新的法律法規(guī)。
Job requirement招聘要求:
- Bachelor degree in relative area ( business administration/ supply chain/ international trading/domestic distribution) 本科相關(guān)專業(yè)（外貿(mào)/供應(yīng)鏈管理/國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)貿(mào)易/商務(wù)管理）學(xué)歷。
- 2-3 years working experience in import/export operation 2-3年進(jìn)出口操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- Familiar with the import/ export operation and documents preparation 熟悉進(jìn)出口操作和申報(bào)材料準(zhǔn)備。
- Basic knowledge of chemical product import/export operation is plus 了解化學(xué)品進(jìn)出口操作優(yōu)先。
- Good team player, working actively, and can work under pressure. 具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，工作積極主動(dòng)，能夠承受一定的壓力。
- Fluent in English
