一、應(yīng)聘人員基本條件

1.具有生物學相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科或以上學歷，身體健康，吃苦耐勞，具有良好的團隊合作精神，學習能力強，責任心強；

2.具有一定的英語聽說讀寫能力，能夠與實驗室外籍pi進行流利的口頭或書面交流；

3.能夠在2018年11月之前上崗；

4.具有以下專長（或之一）的應(yīng)聘人員將優(yōu)先考慮：

（1）具有較熟練的分子生物學操作經(jīng)驗，如rna提取，基因克隆、載體構(gòu)建等；

（2）具有豐富的細胞培養(yǎng)、轉(zhuǎn)染經(jīng)驗。

二、崗位職責

1.協(xié)助pi維持實驗室的運轉(zhuǎn)；其中主要包括負責訂購實驗試劑及耗材，并幫助pi申請研究經(jīng)費，協(xié)助pi規(guī)劃實驗室財政支出及預(yù)算。

2.能夠獨立承擔部分實驗工作。

job description：

1. we study the molecular and cellular mechanisms of parkinson’s disease with genetically modified cells and knockout mice. methods used include sub-cloning in e. coli, isolation of dna and rna, tissue culture, viral vector production and infection of mammalian cells, isolation of primary mouse cells, rt-pcr, western blot, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, confocal microscopy, and mouse behavior.

2. technician is expected to carry out experiments exactly, effectively and with care, and maintain detailed and timely records of the work in a lab journal.

3. administrative duties include ordering of reagents, keeping records of orders and lab spending, helping with submission (forms) of research grants and university budgets, and handling of payments by university.

4. technician/administrative assistant will work under the guidance and supervision of the principal investigator and/or other lab members.

1. applicants should have a bachelor or master degree in biology or a closely related field and be interested to work in a dynamic research group.

2. the position requires reasonable oral and written english skills for communication with the professor and excellent chinese to work with university personnel.
