一、學校博士后流動站介紹
北京航空航天大學自1952年建校以來，一直是國家重點建設的高校，并入選“985工程”、“211工程”與“雙一流”建設高校名單。學校緊緊圍繞國家戰略需求和國際學術前沿，提出了“頂尖工科、一流理科、精品文科、優勢醫工”學科建設方針。航空航天-信息-理科-文科-醫工交叉五大學科群建設成效顯著，8個學科入選“雙一流”建設學科。形成了空天信優勢突出、理工文醫深度交叉、新方向持續引領的學科發展新格局，國防科技主干學科穩居國內一流水平。
目前學校共有力學、航空宇航科學與技術、機械工程、計算機科學與技術、動力工程及工程熱物理、儀器科學與技術、交通運輸工程、管理科學與工程、控制科學與工程、信息與通信工程、材料科學與工程、電子科學與技術、數學、生物醫學工程、物理學、光學工程、電氣工程、軟件工程、外國語言文學、公共管理、法學、統計學、網絡空間安全、化學、集成電路科學與工程、空天動力科學與技術等26個博士后科研流動站，為推進博士后隊伍高質量發展奠定了堅實基礎。
二、招聘崗位及待遇保障
崗位描述：卓越百人博士后崗位以打造學校一流師資隊伍“蓄水池”為目標追求，旨在招聘具有良好學術潛質的博士生，通過博士后培養，能夠在相關領域取得較為突出業績，并成長為優秀青年人才。
招聘規模：200人/年
待遇保障：28萬/年+約10萬/年公積金和社保（單位繳納）+年底績效。在站期間獲批國家博士后支持計劃ABC檔，直接疊加發放；
首聘期考核優秀及以上等次，可申請參評師資博士后，入選后可申請直評學校高級職稱教職；
按國家及學校有關規定辦理本人及配偶、子女在京落戶，首聘期解決子女入托入學。
三、申報條件
1.遵守中華人民共和國法律法規，具有良好的科學道德，身心健康；
2.卓越百人博士后須在站前申報，年齡原則上不超過32周歲，出生日期在1993年1月1日（含）以后；
3.取得博士學位原則上不超過3年，或2025年畢業的應屆博士畢業生；
4.近年來在所屬學科領域以主要完成人取得同行認可的較高質量代表性成果；
5.首次申報未通過者，再次申報需滿6個月，且有新的代表性業績。
四、應聘程序
應聘人向擬入站學院/研究院提出應聘申請，由學院/研究院對應聘人思想道德素質、學術水平、科研潛力等進行綜合評價，擇優推薦至學校進行評審，學校公示、學校審定通過后確定擬錄用人選，發放擬錄用通知書。應聘人須在公示完六個月內按照學校和全國博管辦等相關要求辦理進站手續。
五、申報材料及要求
1.申報人員向學院/研究院提出申請并提交以下材料：
①《卓越百人博士后申報書》；
②《個人信息簡表》；
③《專家推薦信》（2封，其中博士導師推薦信一封）；
④ 身份證或護照復印件；
⑤ 博士學位證書復印件(未拿到博士學位者請提供答辯或預答辯決議)；
附件證明材料：代表性成果材料復印件，諸如申請人為主要完成人公開發表的學術論文（論文封面頁+首頁）、獲批基金或項目（基金批文、項目合同等）、參與科技攻關任務（項目負責人證明原件）、重要科研獎勵（獲獎證書）、授權國家/國際發明專利證書等。
2.申報書和附件材料需按以上順序整理分別成冊，附件編制目錄，形成紙質版及電子版 PDF 材料各一套，申報書使用訂書器側面裝訂，附件無需膠裝，PDF 材料申報書+附件分開提交；個人信息簡表需提交 EXCLE 版本一份。所有材料壓縮成一個文件包， 以 “畢業學校+姓名+申報崗位+博士后網”命名，提交至申報學院/ 研究院。
3.申報材料由學院/研究院（審批表、匯總表等紙版材料要求簽章齊全；電子版申報材料要求完整填寫，以“卓百博士后+姓名+學院+博士后網”命名）統一于2025年03月21日（周一）18:00前，報送至博士后管理辦公室（學院路校區送至辦公樓414，沙河校區送至8號樓701。電子版發至郵箱：[email protected]），逾期不予受理，申請人個人發送、遞交申請材料的不予受理。
